Do you know someone that is receiving payments from a Mortgage, Deed of Trust, Contract for Deed or Owner Carry back as a result of selling their house or other property, or any other type of cash flow.

We can purchase all or part of their note for Cash Now.

We will contact them to see if they are interested in selling their note. No pressure, we simply ask.

All information is kept confidential and will never be released to anyone not involved in purchasing the note.

If we close the deal on a note that you have referred to us, we will send you a check for 1/2 percent (0.5%) of the selling price of the note. The Minimum check is $250!

As an example, if we purchased a note for $100,000, your check would be for $500.

If you refer us a note, or other cash flow, that we purchase for $1,000,000, your check would be for $5,000.
